general terms

♡ please provide all references (images and text) all together at the beginning

♡ i only accept payment through paypal or venmo

♡ i accept payment 50% at sketch and 50% after completion, note that you will not get an unwatermarked version until i've received the full payment

♡ if my art is going to be used for commercial purposes, you must tell me

♡ i retain all rights to my work

faq

♡ can i post these images online or use them as my pfp?

yes, you may post your commissioned piece only if you're not making monetary profit from that platform (e.g. influencer) otherwise it would qualify for commercial use. you must also credit me with my contact info or this site

♡ can i ask for edits?

you may ask for any edits you'd like at the sketch stage. any revision requests afterwards may or may not be fulfilled, depending on complexity. additional charges may occur if large changes must be made

♡ can i get a refund?

i will not refund any payments already made unless i am personally unable to complete the commission

♡ can i edit your piece to create something else?

aside from cropping, do not modify my artwork

♡ can i turn your piece into prints and stickers?

yes, but you may not modify the image and it must only be for personal use and cannot be distributed in any form

♡ how long will it take for me to receive the final piece?

the timing will vary depending on the piece, but i generally will send an update at least each week. you can contact me about your commission if you haven't received updates in two weeks. please do not rush me

i reserve the right to take any legal action against unauthorized use
